How long does delivery take?
Delivery to Germany usually takes 5 to 12 business days. Some items ship from within the EU and arrive in 3 to 6 business days. The estimate is shown on each product page.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping to Germany is free of charge.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@brisko28.com. Once an order has been handed to the carrier we can no longer change it, but you can still use your right of withdrawal after you receive it.
Will I have to pay customs fees on delivery?
You should not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery. If you are, please contact us with your order number.
What if I do not receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within the delivery window, contact us at support@brisko28.com and we will look into it and find a solution.
Returns and refunds
How do I return an item?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your order. Email support@brisko28.com with your order number and tell us you want to return the item. We will send you the return instructions. See our Refund Policy for details.
What if the item is defective, incorrect or damaged?
Contact us with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we have received your return and approved it, please allow a few business days for your bank to show the credit.
